Bookings:
Our Bottomless Brunch experience is for a minimum of two people and is time-limited to 90 minutes from your reserved time (not the time of arrival). Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance and full payment is required at the time of booking. Tables will be held for 15 minutes from your reserved time. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are running late to avoid losing your table. Slots will not be extended for late arrivals.
The whole table must order from the Bottomless Brunch menu. Price includes one item from the Bottomless Brunch menu and drinks chosen from the options detailed under your specific Bottomless Brunch choice, i.e. Bottomless Hotties, Bottomless Bubbles, or Bottomless Cocktails. Price is per person and drinks cannot be shared. Only one drink will be served at a time. Drinks will only be replaced once they are finished. Last orders will be 15 minutes before the end of your chosen time slot. No further orders are taken after this time.
Refund Policy:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the booking will receive a full refund minus the payment provider’s processing fee. Please email us on info@plushcafe.co.uk to inform us of a cancellation and to trigger the deposit refund process. This process is not automatic so if we are not informed of the cancellation by email you may not receive your refund. Refunds can take up to 14 working days to be returned via the means paid. This is down to the provider you chose to pay through. Full booking or individual guest cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a short notice cancellation fee of £10.00 per person.
Alcohol:
For alcoholic brunches, no ID, no Sale. We operate a 'Challenge 25' Policy. If you are lucky enough to look under 25, please have your ID ready when you place your order.
Cocktails can be prepared as mocktails on request. Standard hot drinks, apple juice & orange juice are also available for alcoholic brunches.
Drinking to excess will not be permitted and participants are required to drink responsibly at all times. Under the Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly serve alcohol to a drunk person, or to obtain alcohol for a drunk person on a licensed premises. Management reserve the right to withdraw the Bottomless Brunch offer at any time and without prior notice and reserve the right to refuse serving alcohol to any participant at any time without notice.
Menus & Allergens:
For any groups of 8+ a food pre-order is required 72 hours prior to your booking date. Please ensure this is emailed to info@plushcafe.co.uk. Bookings under 8 guests are not required to pre-order food prior to their booking. Allergens must be communicated prior to ordering. All food and drink are prepared in areas where nuts, gluten and other known allergens may be present. Ask your server for full allergen information.
Rooms & Table Capacities:
Please ensure you have booked the room that you would like to be seated in, as we may not be able to seat you in a different room on the day. Most of our tables can comfortably seat up to 4 adults. If more than 4 adults will be attending, we recommend booking additional tables. If you decide to fit more than 4 adults to a table and then change your mind on the day we may not have an additional free table for you to use.

Garden Room

x5 4/5-seater tables (each has x2 swing seats & bench seating, which can comfortably seat 2 adults. An additional adult or child could fit with a bit of a squeeze).
Neon Room

2x 2-seater tables (these could be joined to create a table for 4)

1x 3-seater sofa & 2 armchairs
The Neon Room has traditional table & chair seating.
Bohemian Room

4x 4-seater tables (an additional 1-2 people could fit at a push). Please note that seating in the Bohemian Room is on floor cushions.
